2. Receive Return Authorization Number and instructions
3. Package items securely in original packaging
4. Ship to our Detroit headquarters using trackable service
5. Allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing

Refund Information

• Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after inspection
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
