Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Requirements: Available for orders of $50 or more
  • Features: Cost-effective option for budget-conscious enthusiasts

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Finding your perfect mechanical keyboard setup is a personal journey, and we’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Whether you’re building your first 60% compact layout or customizing a premium full-sized keyboard, our returns process is designed with precision and care.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

15-Day Return Window: You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Product must not show signs of wear or damage
  • Original proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Acrylic Testers and Metal Testers (opened or used)
  • Switch Testers that have been unsealed or tested
  • Any products that have been assembled, soldered, or modified
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items

Return Process

2 Receive Return Authorization

We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

3 Package Your Items

Carefully pack all items in their original packaging with all accessories included.

4 Ship Your Return

Send your return package to our Detroit headquarters using a trackable shipping method.

5 Inspection & Processing

Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Process

Looking to exchange your linear switches for tactile ones? Or perhaps a 65% layout isn’t quite right and you need a 75%? We make exchanges simple:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
  • Follow the same process as returns, specifying your desired exchange item
  • We’ll ship your exchange item once we receive and inspect your return

  • Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Payment Method Specific Timelines:
