- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Product must not show signs of wear or damage

Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product analysis, the following items cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons:
- Acrylic Testers and Metal Testers (opened or used)
- Switch Testers that have been unsealed or tested

- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
